Thanks to Bron Williams for a fantastic NOORA webinar on women as ‘Superheroes in Disguise’. One member called it “one of the most authentic presentations I’ve ever attended”.

✨ We learned that if you start a sentence with “I should”, “I’m not” or “I’m too” - that’s your inner critic talking.
✨ That it’s natural to have doubts but replacing your inner critic takes time.
✨ That you need to write down the things you think you need to tell yourself, because what comes out of your mouth goes back in your ears so you hear it yourself.
✨ That you should understand your top three values - and you may find these by looking to your friends, as we tend to gravitate to like-minded people.
✨ That understanding what drives us is a lifelong journey, and self-reflection is an ancient art.
✨ That leadership starts with leading ourselves - and you can always write a new story.
