Who would have thought na one day, makakasama rin ako sa JC Top Worldwide Performers? 🥹

Honestly, Lord, hindi ko talaga inexpect na aabot ako sa ganito. Isa lang naman akong simpleng nurse na nangarap magkaroon ng extra income habang nagtatrabaho abroad.

Lahat ng pagod, puyat, sacrifices at struggles behind this journey ikaw po nakakaalam. May mga times na napapagod ako, may doubts at minsan feeling ko ang bagal ng progress. Pero kahit ganon You always give me reasons to keep going.

Malayo pa, pero malayo na. 🥹❤️

Kapag binalikan ko kung saan ako nagsimula, hindi ko maiwasang maging emotional. Dati, gusto ko lang subukan kung kaya ko bang pagsabayin ang pagiging nurse at pagbuild ng business. Ngayon unti-unti Mo nang ipinapakita sa akin na may magandang patutunguhan ang lahat ng efforts at sacrifices.

Lord, alam Kong marami pa akong kailangang matutunan at marami pa akong pangarap na gustong maabot. Pero sa ngayon, gusto ko lang huminto sandali at magpasalamat sa Iyo.

Hindi ko man alam kung ano pa ang mga blessings na nakalaan para sa akin but sobrang grateful ako sa kung anong meron ako ngayon. 🙏

Thank You GM Kenichi Enda GM Stephanie Dometita Enda, Coach Narra Mae Caldera at sa mga coaches, Team Archers and Team Glaiza at sa lahat ng taong naging part ng journey ko. Hindi ko ito mararating nang mag-isa. 🤍

Sales is part of our everyday life. Hindi lang siya tungkol sa pagbebenta ng product or business. In reality, we are always selling something—our ideas, our skills, our service, and even ourselves during interviews or when we want people to believe in what we can offer.

That’s why sales is a life skill.

Kapag marunong kang makipag-usap, makinig, umintindi ng needs ng ibang tao, at mag-explain ng value, malaking advantage talaga siya kahit saan ka mapunta.

Sales is also one of the highest-paid skills because every business needs people who can connect with customers and help create results.

And the good thing about learning sales? Bitbit mo siya kahit saan. Kahit magpalit ka ng work, business, or country, hindi mawawala sa’yo yung skill.

Products can change. Companies can change. Opportunities can change. Pero kapag marunong kang mag-sales, communicate, build relationships, and solve problems, you will always have a skill that can help you create opportunities for yourself.

Kaya for me, learning sales is not just about earning money. It’s about becoming more confident, resourceful, and capable of creating value wherever you go.

Sales is not just a business skill. It’s a life skill.

Pero nauwi sa coffee ☕, Netflix 📺 konting scroll 📱, kain 🍽️… tapos biglang— '' AY, GABI NA PALA?!” 😂

RELATE??

After long shifts, I’ve learned not to feel guilty about resting. Deserve din natin yung araw na walang pressure at walang kailangang habulin. 🤍

But I also realized something…

What if kahit maliit na part lang ng free time ko, gamitin ko to learn, grow and slowly build something for my future?

Hindi buong day off.
Hindi kailangan madaliin.
Kahit one intentional hour at a time. ✨

Because while I’m grateful for my profession, I also believe it’s okay to explore, learn new skills and create more options for yourself along the way.

Enjoy your rest—but don’t forget your future self too. 🌱

Almost 8 years as a nurse in the UAE, I realized something:

I can be grateful for my career and still want more options.
That’s why I started building something on the side—while I still have my job, my income, and the energy to learn.

Hindi kailangan biglang iwan ang trabaho.

POV: Hindi ka naman naghahanap ng bagong trabaho—naghahanap ka ng bagay na pwede mong i-build habang nagtatrabaho. 🩵

Before I started, ito muna yung 4 questions na tinanong ko sa sarili ko:

1️⃣ Kaya ko ba kahit limited ang time ko?
Yes, very doable. Kahit may full-time work ako, pwede kong isabay sa free time, rest days or weekends.

2️⃣ Kailangan ba akong tutok palagi?
Hindi. May system and process na step-by-step, kaya pwede ko siyang i-work around my schedule.

3️⃣ Kaya ba ng budget ko?
Yes. May different ways to participate, kaya pwede kong piliin kung ano ang fit sa capacity at goals ko.

4️⃣ Kaya ko ba itong gawin consistently?
Yes. With system, training, and team support, mas manageable siyang gawin kahit may full-time work.

At the end of the day, hindi lang dapat:
“Magkano kaya kikitain ko?”

Ask yourself:
“Fit ba ito sa buhay ko ngayon?”

Because the right business is something you can learn, work on and sustain. 🩵
