اتمني الكل يشارك برائه
"لماذا يزداد الأغنياء ثراء ويزداد الفقراء فقراً؟"
السؤال ده بيعكس ظاهرة اقتصادية معروفة ومُناقَشة في الاقتصاد ؛
تعالوا نعرف الاجابة سوا
١) العائد علي راس المال اعلي من نمو الدخل
يعني شنو؟
يعني ارباح راس المال( عقارات، اسهم ، إستثمارات) بتكون متراكمة واعلي من نمو الدخل؛ الراتب او المعاش او التوفير.
(ودي بتودينا بعدين للخطوة الانا عايزة الكل يستوعبها ويطبقها في حياته لو تابعني بفهم.)
٢) الديون مقابل الأصول
الفقراء بيعتمدوا على القروض (استهلاك، تعليم، سكن حتي اللبس عشان توب ولا ملايات ولا عفش بتشتري بالاقساط!)
لكن الأغنياء بمتلكوا أصول بترتفع قيمتها مع الوقت.
٣) تفاوت الفرص (التعليم وشبكة العلاقات)
بمعني انه التعليم الأفضل وبناء علاقات أقوى بفتح أبواب وظائف وفرص بدخل اعلي..وده متاح للاغنياء.
٤) تأثير الفائدة المركبة
يعني؛ الأغنياء بستثمروا بمبالغ كبيرة فبتتضاعف ثرواتهم بمرور الوقت.
لكن الفقراء بيحاولوا يقلدوهم في المظاهر ويضاعفوا الديون. " وده حاصل في مجتمعنا للأسف"
٥) “ المال بجلب المال ”
المعني ده هو الأقرب لقلبي؛ أن النجاح السابق يجذب فرص إضافية.
بمعني؛
الغني يزداد غنى”
“الفرص تأتي لمن يملك”
“الدنيا تميل لصاحب الحظ والموارد”
وهو بيلخص النقطة الذكرتها سابقاً فاكرينها؟
النية زاملة سيدها ، وعلي نياتكم ترزقون ، اقداركم تؤخذ من افواهكم، جاور السعيد تسعد.
٦) تأثير التكنولوجيا والعولمة
السوق بيكافئ المهارات العالية ورؤوس الأموال الكبيرة...
عشان كده بتزيد الفجوة بين من يملكون هذه الموارد ومن لا يملكونها.
مثال مالك بنك المشرق وميج للصرافة وتوكيل سيارات اسكودا
طيب فهمنا...انا عايز/ة ابقي غني في حل؟
أكيد في حلول بس ذي ما قلت هي خطوات مرتبة وموزونة فاذا انت عايز توصل..

"Why do the rich get richer and the poor get poorer?"
This question reflects a well-known and widely discussed economic phenomenon.
Let's find the answer together.
1) Return on capital is higher than income growth.
What does this mean?
It means that the returns on capital (real estate, stocks, investments) accumulate and exceed the growth of income, whether it's salary, pension, or savings.
(This leads us to the point I want everyone to understand and apply in their lives if they follow along attentively.)
2) Debt versus assets.
The poor rely on loans (for consumption, education, housing, even clothes—clothes, sheets, furniture—buying on installments!). But the rich own assets that appreciate in value over time.
3) Unequal opportunities (education and social networks). This means that better education and stronger connections open doors to jobs and higher-paying opportunities, which are more readily available to the wealthy. 4) The compound interest effect: This means that the wealthy invest large sums, and their wealth multiplies over time.
But the poor try to imitate them in appearances and increase their debt. "And this is unfortunately happening in our society."
5) "Money attracts money." This meaning is closest to my heart; that previous success attracts additional opportunities.
In other words;
“The rich get richer.”
“Opportunities come to those who have them.”
“The world favors those with luck and resources.”
This summarizes the point I mentioned earlier, remember? “Intention accompanies its owner,” “You are provided for according to your intentions,” “Your destiny is taken from your mouths,” “Associate with the fortunate and you will be fortunate.”
6) The Impact of Technology and Globalization
The market rewards high skills and large capital…
That's why the gap widens between those who possess these resources and those who don't.
Example: The owner of Mashreq Bank, Meg Exchange, and the Skoda car dealership.
Okay, we understand… I want to be rich, is there a solution?
Of course there are solutions, but as I said, they are organized and balanced steps. So if you want to achieve them…
♡ Focus, understand, comprehend, strive, and put your trust in God.
♡ Renew your good intentions.
♡ Set your goals.
♡ Review what I wrote carefully and write down everything that comes to mind in your journal.
