In parallel to properties, Queensman has a growing team of management consultants. Since 2017 Queensman has grown to develop their services and locations, with key partnerships. Our Dubai office has become a centre of excellence in service delivery of Architecture & Interior Design, Renovations & Build, Warranty Maintenance, Management Consultancy and Property Investment. Queensman have added Turkey and Pakistan to its locations as they continue to grow! To date, Queensman has a presence in four locations. Fundamental to our growth and vision has been the development of our management consultancy – our starting point in 2017 from the UK. We formalized our advisory for property investment, ‘Queensman Property Investment,’ in the early days with a focus on investors between the UK and UAE, adding Turkey in 2018. Our growth in the UAE, placed the Spades Home Warranty Maintenance in Dubai in 2019. Fueled by customer demand for a high service delivery, we added the home renovations, pool construction, landscapes and office fit-out services, ‘Build by Queensman,’ segment in 2020, and in 2022 the architect and interior design service, ‘Design by Queensman.’
To complement our services we have forged partnerships to provide a turnkey service offerings. Queensman exists as integrated business segments working jointly towards the provision of end-to-end property services.
