We’re hiring a Localization Talent Manager – Translation & Localization Industry to lead talent acquisition and management initiatives across localization roles, while partnering closely with hiring managers and global stakeholders.

We’re looking for someone who brings:

• 5+ years of experience in recruitment or talent management, preferably within Translation, Localization, or Language Services
• Strong understanding of localization tools and workflows, including CAT tools, TMS, MT, and terminology management
• Experience managing specialized talent pipelines across roles such as linguists, localization engineers, QA specialists, and project managers
• Excellent English and strong stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with distributed teams, vendors, and freelance communities

Day 2 was about turning learning into application.

Following the foundation built during Day 1, we continued our AI for Enhanced Productivity program with Hassan Allam, focusing on helping participants think more practically about how AI can support their work, improve efficiency, and enhance everyday productivity.

Led by Mohamed Adel, the second day gave participants the opportunity to build on what they had learned, explore AI with greater confidence, and connect its capabilities to real workplace needs.

A special thank you to everyone who attended, participated, and brought their questions, ideas, and energy to both days.

For us, effective AI training is not only about introducing new tools. It is about helping people use them with purpose.

The session focused on how professionals can organize large amounts of information, break complex content into simpler insights and clear tasks, and use AI to produce more structured and useful outputs.

Because the value of AI is not in generating more information. It is in helping people understand, organize, and use information more effectively.
