🇧🇬 Bulgária egy új gazdasági korszak küszöbén áll.
Az euró bevezetése természetesen rövid távon bizonytalanságot és alkalmazkodást igényel a lakosság és a vállalkozások részéről. Ugyanakkor a helyszínen jól látható, hogy az ország tudatosan építi a jövőjét: egyre magasabb színvonalú szolgáltatásokkal, folyamatos beruházásokkal és egy erősödő nemzetközi turisztikai pozícióval.
Úgy gondolom, hogy ha ez a fejlődési ütem fennmarad, a következő 10 éven belül Bulgária számos térségében az ingatlanok és az üzleti értékek akár meg is duplázódhatnak.
Érdemes figyelni ezt a piacot – mert a legjobb befektetések általában akkor születnek, amikor mások még csak figyelnek.

The introduction of the euro has naturally created short-term uncertainty for citizens and businesses. However, being here, it is clear that the country is investing in its future through higher-quality services, continuous development, and a rapidly growing international tourism sector.
In my opinion, if this pace of development continues, many regions of Bulgaria could see property and business values double within the next decade.
The best investment opportunities are often found where others are still watching from the sidelines.

🇧🇬 Bulgaria intră într-o nouă etapă de dezvoltare economică.
Adoptarea monedei euro a generat, în mod firesc, provocări și ajustări pentru populație și pentru mediul de afaceri. Totuși, observând evoluția din teren, se vede clar că țara investește în servicii de calitate, în infrastructură și în consolidarea poziției sale ca destinație turistică internațională.
Sunt de părere că, dacă acest ritm de dezvoltare se va menține, în următorii 10 ani valoarea proprietăților și a investițiilor din multe regiuni ale Bulgariei s-ar putea chiar dubla.
Merită urmărită această piață, deoarece cele mai bune oportunități apar înainte ca ele să devină evidente pentru toată lumea.
