We Are Hiring: AI Integration & Operations Specialist (Remote)

MCG FZCO is looking for someone who can embed artificial intelligence into the way our entire
organisation works, not just one department. This role is for someone who does not just use AI,
but thinks about how to deploy it strategically to make a business faster, smarter, and more
competitive.

📍 Remote | Part-Time
🤝 Reports directly to: Founder & CEO
🕐 Hours: Flexible — approximately 15 to 21 hours per week

We want someone to lead that transformation from the inside.

📋 What You Will Do

AI Implementation & Strategy
•Audit every department and workflow across MCG and identify where AI can save time, reduce cost, or improve output quality
•Research, evaluate, and recommend the right AI tools for each business function —
from content creation to recruitment to project tracking
•Build and maintain a company-wide AI toolkit — the approved stack of tools MCG uses and how each one is used
•Stay ahead of new AI developments and continuously bring relevant innovations to the team

Training & Internal Adoption
•Train all team members on AI tools relevant to their roles — content creation, customer service, HR operations, project management, and sales
•Create clear, simple internal guides, SOPs, and video walkthroughs for each AI tool the
company adopts
•Run regular internal sessions to upskill the team as tools evolve
•Be the go-to person across the organization when anyone has a question about AI

Content & Marketing AI
•Work alongside the Social Media team to use AI tools for content ideation, caption
drafting, image generation, and scheduling optimisation
•Implement AI-assisted tools for audience research, trend identification, and performance analysis
•Explore AI video and design tools to accelerate reel and carousel production

HR & Recruitment AI
•Introduce AI tools for CV screening, candidate shortlisting, and job description writing
•Automate repetitive HR administrative tasks using AI workflows
•Assist in building AI-enhanced interview preparation resources for candidates

Operations & Productivity AI
•Identify and implement AI tools for project tracking, task management, reporting, and
internal communications
•Build AI-assisted templates for proposals, client communications, and business
development outreach
•Explore automation workflows using tools such as Zapier, Make, or similar platforms to connect MCG's systems

✅ What We Are Looking For
•Genuine hands-on experience using AI tools across multiple categories — not just
ChatGPT, but a wide range of platforms
Strong understanding of the current AI landscape — what tools exist, what they do well, and where their limits are
•Ability to learn new tools rapidly and teach others with patience and clarity
•Confident creating training materials, guides, and SOPs that non-technical team
members can follow
•Self-directed, curious, and proactive — you bring ideas without being asked Strong written communication skills in English
•Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
•Organised and reliable with the ability to manage multiple implementation projects at once

💡 Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)
•Have already implemented AI workflows inside a business, startup, or organisation — not just used tools personally
•Have experience with prompt engineering and know how to get high-quality, consistent output from AI models
•Are familiar with automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar
•Have experience with AI tools across content (Midjourney, Runway, ElevenLabs),
productivity (Notion AI, ClickUp AI), HR (Manatal, Fetcher), or marketing (Jasper, Surfer, AdCreative)
•Can build simple no-code AI workflows without needing a developer
•Have trained or coached non-technical team members on AI adoption before
•Understand data privacy considerations when deploying AI tools inside an
organization

MCG FZCO is looking for a creative, digitally-savvy individual to join our growing team. This is a part-time remote role open to students, fresh graduates and professionals who have a strong marketing instinct, a good eye for content, and the drive to build something real from the ground up.

📋 Your Role and Responsibilities
•Create and publish daily content across Facebook and LinkedIn in English
•Execute the monthly social media content calendar across all MCG channels
•Write captions that are engaging, on-brand, and audience-aware
•Design or brief graphics for posts, carousels, reels, and job vacancy announcements using Canva and other relevant tools
•Develop and apply media strategies to grow our audience, increase reach, and attract potential clients and candidates
•Identify content trends, platform changes, and audience behaviour to continuously improve performance
•Respond to all comments, DMs, and enquiries across Facebook and LinkedIn promptly and professionally
•Handle first-line customer service — directing candidate and client enquiries to the right team member
•Track weekly performance metrics — reach, engagement, saves, shares, DM volume — and report findings
•Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, content series, and brand storytelling initiatives

✅ Requirements
•Currently studying or graduated in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or a related field
•Strong instinct for what works on social media — you understand why content goes viral and how audiences behave
•Able to think strategically about content — not just posting, but building a presence with purpose
•Confident writing in English — professionally and conversationally
•Basic design skills using Canva or similar tools
•Self-motivated, organised, and reliable working independently in a remote environment
•Fast responder with a customer-first mindset
•Available for approximately 15 to 20 hours per week with flexible scheduling

•Experience managing social media for an HR, recruitment, or professional services brand
