Senior Treasury Analyst -Abu Dhabi

Responsibilities

• Manages various main cash functions, such as forecast cash flow, cash call and disbursing cash.
• Discuss estimated cash flow with Finance Manager.
• Maintains bank signature list.
• Prepares monthly cash forecast or in the case of occurrence of an unusual event.
• Updates cash forecasts on regularly.
• Ensures cash calls are based on cash forecast.
• Ensures that when cash calls are made, the proper lead times are taken into account.
• Tracks transfer of funds received from various entities.
• Inquires from bank of deposit of funds in account.
• Ensures cash is disbursed properly and promptly.
• Issues transfer notices to bank.
• Matches transfer notices, amounts transferred on weekly basis.
• Responsible of opening and closing bank accounts
Prepares bank reconciliation on monthly basis.
• Maintains Petty Cash.
• Maintains authorized signatories for Petty Cash.
• Replenishments of Petty Cash on regular basis • Performs additional duties as assigned by superiors.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting required
Qualified accountant preferred

Experience

Minimum 2-4 years finance and ideally in the healthcare industry
Experience with financial ERP systems such as Oracle financials or SAP

Facility Services Manager

Our client is a leading manufacturer and exporter in the Middle East

The role of Services Manager is to coordinate and oversee the safe, secure, and environmentally sound operations and maintenance of the assets in a cost effective manner aimed at the long term preservation of the asset value, and also other janitorial duties such as making sure the environment is properly cleaned and sanitized.

Ideal candidates will be a graduate in Civil/Mechanical Engineering with 5-7 years of Facility Management, at least 3 years minimum in a managerial role. A hands on experience on BaaN or similar ERP systems is desirable.
