CALLING ALL OUR MILITARY FRIENDS (please share)
From Nick Watson is an ex-Royal Marine, 45 Commando: It is January 2021, so that means it is the start of WORLD TOUR Season 2, with Team AngelWolf!
A 6 month virtual tour around the world, where as a WolfPack every month we virtually visit a new continent and everyone chooses their own landmark in that continent to virtually climb at the end of the month.
Nick Watson is an ex-Royal Marine, 45 Commando; his son is Rio (17 years old and has disabilities), as a family they created Team AngelWolf and compete in many extreme ultra races together, with inclusion.
The Team AngelWolf family do their climb on the last Saturday of every month, where the coverage of the climb goes live on the Team AngelWolf social media platforms (Facebook and Insta) for others to watch and interact; always Rio is included in the challenge by being carried on dad/mum/sister back and he has even attempted a few floors solo!
This January we start season 2 in Europe, everyone can choose their own landmark; Nick has chosen to virtually climb Pen Y Fan in Brecon Beacons National Park (training ground for the UK Special Forces) with Rio on his back, on their stairs at home, in memory of his Royal Marine days.
This is a perfect challenge what ever you age or ability (you don’t have to climb stairs, you can cover the distance in any creative way you wish); it can be done solo or as a family relay or as a school or corporate challenge (even via zoom - so no excuse if you are in lockdown!).- just be active and be inclusive!
Team AngelWolf is a non profit foundation that promotes an inclusive, active life with People With Disabilities - founded by ex Royal Marine, Nick Watson.
We work with families and individuals of all abilities in a welcoming, motivational and connected space. Everyone is welcome. Everyone is equal. It is all about Inclusive Impactivity™️.
If you want more details on TeamAngelWolf, the WORLD TOUR challenge and especially if you want to join a fellow ex Royal Marine this month in virtually climbing Pen Y Fan in Brecon Beacons National Park (maybe consider doing it with a back pack of 45kgs - Rio’s weight!), then please contact us on:
