Our management team - Mahyra Roy, Shana Kad and Peter Redelinghuys - has a combined experience of over 40 years in the corporate and coaching/training arenas. We believe that people are the most important, yet consistently undervalued, part of any business. Several studies done by major business schools show there are 2 game changing challenges that businesses are facing today.
1. The value of a b

usiness is no longer based primarily on the balance sheet. The most significant aspect of a businesses value is now linked to the “people” of the business.
2. There is a growing trend of employees who feel unfulfilled in their roles and dissatisfied and frustrated with personal results or success. What this means is that taking care of the people aspect of your business is no longer a nice to have, it needs to be a vital part of how you do business. The BIG question is: “Are you investing in the right places?”

At the Alpha Game we have made it our business to answer this critical question. We use cutting edge technology combined with research and best practices to help you navigate the the daunting landscape of sustainably investing in your people. Traditionally, investment in employees has been remedial with a view to solving immediate problems only. Also, most engagements are purely skills driven and ignore the personal development required for the people to keep growing and adapting to the ever changing daily challenges. Our methodology is built on a belief system that stems from research, experience and common sense.

At the Alpha Game we believe that:
1. The world is increasingly changing more rapidly. If you don’t invest in your people they will become less effective over time.

2. Not all people investment is worth making.

As a result, our first engagement with any client, involves establishing the most impactful areas of improvement. Our commitment is to maximise the value of the investment made to each individual, by aligning their personal growth areas to the organisational goals. "It’s often much more effective to give your employees direction and tools to accomplish their goals than it is to set down rigid guidelines and a process they must follow."

As a business owner, it’s your job to establish procedures that will keep your employees happy and motivated.

At that time, working hard landed me countless national campaigns, opportunities to work with A-list organizations and a suc…

This graphic points out a very useful relationship between personal needs being met and employee engagement. We use a very sophisticated tool to create a personal and actionable roadmap for individuals and teams to increase employee engagement. The tool determines key talents, why you use them and how you prefer to use them. We believe understanding these dynamics are the key to moving from compliance to fulfilment in any roll.
