امتثالاً للوائح الهيئة الاتحادية للضرائب (FTA)، من الضروري لبعض الشركات في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة التسجيل للحصول على ضريبة الشركات بحلول الموعد النهائي القادم وهو 31 مايو 2024. وقد يؤدي عدم التسجيل خلال الإطار الزمني المحدد إلى فرض غرامة قدرها 100 درهم إماراتي. 10.000.

يرجى ملاحظة أنه يجب على الأشخاص الخاضعين للضريبة الحاصلين على تراخيص صادرة في يناير وفبراير، بغض النظر عن سنة الإصدار، تقديم طلبات التسجيل الضريبي للشركات في موعد أقصاه 31 مايو
2024.

لإضافة إلى ذلك، يجب على الشركات التي تم تأسيسها أو تأسيسها أو المعترف بها وفقًا لتشريعات دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة في 1 مارس 2024 أو بعده، التسجيل في ضريبة الشركات خلال 3 أشهر من تأسيسها أو تأسيسها أو الاعتراف بها.

ويحدد قرار الهيئة الاتحادية للمواصلات البرية والبحرية المواعيد التالية للتسجيل بناءً على شهر إصدار الترخيص:

In compliance with the Federal Tax Authority's (FTA) regulations, it is essential for certain businesses in the UAE to register for corporate tax by the upcoming deadline of May 31, 2024. Failure to register within the specified timeframe may result in a penalty of AED 10,000.

Please note that taxable persons with licenses issued in January and February, regardless of the year of issuance, must submit their Corporate Tax registration applications no later than May 31, 2024.

Additionally, businesses incorporated, established, or recognized according to UAE legislation on or after March 1, 2024, must register for Corporate Tax within 3 months of their incorporation, establishment, or recognition.

The FTA Decision outlines the following deadlines for registration based on the month of license issuance:
