They got me. Completely. 🥹🎂

12am. My own restaurant.
And I had absolutely no idea.

My family and my entire Dimo's team pulled off the most beautiful birthday surprise I could have ever asked for.

A mixed berries cheesecake. 🍰
Candles. Laughter.
Tears I was definitely NOT expecting. 😂

You know what hit me the hardest?

Looking around that room at midnight —
my family on one side,
my team on the other —
and realising I am the luckiest person in this room.

Not because of the cake.
(Okay... also because of the cake. It was incredible. 😄)

But because of the PEOPLE.

Building Dimo's has not always been easy.
But nights like this make every hard day worth it. 🙏

To my family — you are my everything.
To my Dimo's team — you didn't have to do this.
And that's exactly why it means so much. 🤍

Birthday morning. Gym first. Always. 🎂💪

Most people take their birthday off.

I took myself to the gym instead.

Not because I don't know how to celebrate —
but because THIS is how I celebrate.

Every rep today is a thank you.
To my body. To this journey. To everyone who believed in me. 🙏

I've built businesses across two countries.
Lost sleep over decisions that kept me up at 3am.
Shown up on days I had nothing left to give.

And today, another year older —
I'm still here. Still building. Still grateful.
