*WE is seeking a Quality Management Specialist with expertise in TQM, QA, Six Sigma, and more. Key responsibilities include conducting audits, developing reports, and ensuring QMS standardization.

Job Description :

-Conduct interviews/audits with concerned owners/ departments as per internal audit plan to verify the standardization and implementation of the QMS

-Develop audit reports detailing audit findings and follow-up implementation of corrective actions / suggestions to be aligned with internal audit procedures

-Collect and review the Collected KPI / SLA reports & update the TE dashboard

Required qualifications:

- University degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related fields

Knowledge of Business Process Modeling, ISO standards, ITIL, and document control methods

Certification in BPM or Six Sigma is preferred

Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
