📌 Develony-მა ევროკავშირი-საქართველოს ბიზნეს საბჭოს (EUGBC) ორგანიზებულ საქართველო-ბელგიის ბიზნეს მრგვალ მაგიდაში მომხსენებლის სტატუსით მიიღო მონაწილეობა.

ღონისძიების ფარგლებში, Develony-ის მმართველმა პარტნიორმა, თამარ მაშავამ, საერთაშორისო აუდიტორიას წარუდგინა საქართველოში უძრავი ქონებისა და hospitality სექტორში არსებული საინვესტიციო პროექტები, ბაზრის განვითარების ტენდენციები და ქვეყნის მზარდი საინვესტიციო პოტენციალი.

დისკუსიის მთავარი თემები მოიცავდა საქართველო-ევროპის ბიზნეს თანამშრომლობის გაღრმავებას, საინვესტიციო გარემოს განვითარებასა და სხვადასხვა სექტორში, მათ შორის უძრავი ქონებისა და ტურიზმის მიმართულებით, ახალი პარტნიორობების ფორმირების შესაძლებლობებს.

მადლობას ვუხდით ევროკავშირი-საქართველოს ბიზნეს საბჭოს ღონისძიების ორგანიზებისთვის, ასევე ყველა მონაწილეს საინტერესო და ნაყოფიერი დიალოგისთვის.

🌐 Develony participated as a speaker at the Georgia-Belgium Business Roundtable organized by the EU-Georgia Business Council (EUGBC).

During the event, Develony’s Managing Partner, Tamar Mashava, presented investment projects, market trends, and the growing potential of Georgia’s real estate and hospitality sectors to international participants and Belgian partners.

The discussion focused on strengthening Georgia-Europe business relations, enhancing the investment environment, and exploring new partnership opportunities across various sectors, including real estate and tourism.

We are proud to contribute to showcasing Georgia’s investment potential on international platforms and to support the development of new business connections.

2026 წლის 18 თებერვალს Develony-სთვის დიდი პატივი იყო მონაწილეობა მიეღო „Hospitality Investment Forum 2026“-ში, რომელიც გაიმართა თბილისში და გააერთიანა გლობალური ჰოსპიტალითი ბრენდები, ინვესტორები, დეველოპერები, ფინანსური ინსტიტუტები, მრჩევლები და საჯარო სექტორის გადაწყვეტილების მიმღები პირები საქართველოდან და ფართო რეგიონიდან — ახალი პროექტების განხილვის, სტრატეგიული პარტნიორობების ჩამოყალიბებისა და საინვესტიციო შესაძლებლობების იდენტიფიცირების მიზნით. ღონისძიებას მასპინძლობდა Sheraton Grand Tbilisi Metechi Palace.

ფორუმის ფარგლებში Develony-ს გუნდმა გამართა მაღალი დონის შეხვედრების სერია წამყვანი საერთაშორისო სასტუმრო ბრენდებისა და ინდუსტრიის საკვანძო წარმომადგენლებთან. აღნიშნულმა შეხვედრებმა უზრუნველყო კონსტრუქციული და მომავალზე ორიენტირებული დიალოგი, რომლის საფუძველზეც გამოიკვეთა სამომავლო თანამშრომლობისა და სტრატეგიული პარტნიორობების განვითარების კონკრეტული მიმართულებები. მოლაპარაკებები შედეგიანი აღმოჩნდა — გაძლიერდა ორმხრივი ინტერესი და ჩამოყალიბდა საფუძველი ერთობლივი ჰოსპიტალითი პროექტების განხორციელებისთვის, რომლებიც შეესაბამება საერთაშორისო სტანდარტებს და ბაზრის გრძელვადიან ზრდაზეა ორიენტირებული.

On February 18, 2026, Develony was honored to participate in “Hospitality Investment Forum 2026”, held in Tbilisi and brought together global hospitality brands, investors, developers, financial institutions, advisors, and public-sector decision-makers from Georgia and the wider region to explore new projects, form strategic partnerships, and identify investment opportunities. The event was hosted by Sheraton Grand Tbilisi Metechi Palace”

Within the framework of the forum, the Develony team held a series of high-level meetings with representatives of leading international hotel brands and industry stakeholders. These engagements enabled constructive and forward-looking discussions, allowing us to outline potential pathways for future cooperation and strategic partnership development. The negotiations were highly productive, strengthening mutual interest and laying the groundwork for collaborative hospitality projects aligned with global standards and long-term market growth.

Develony IPS 2025-ზე — საქართველო გლობალური დეველოპერებისთვის

2025 წლის 14-16 აპრილს, Develony სტუმრობდა International Property Show (IPS) გამოფენას, რომელიც დუბაის მსოფლიო სავაჭრო ცენტრში გაიმართა და უძრავი ქონების სფეროში ერთ-ერთ ყველაზე მასშტაბურ საერთაშორისო პლატფორმას წარმოადგენს.

როგორც Develony-ის მმართველმა პარტნიორმა, თამარ მაშავამ მაღალი დონის მოლაპარაკებების გამართა წამყვან დეველოპერულ კომპანიებთან — მათ შორის, REPORTAGE , Sobha Realty და სხვა. შეხვედრების მთავარი აქცენტი გაკეთდა სტრატეგიულ თანამშრომლობაზე და გლობალური დეველოპერების საქართველოს ბაზარზე შემოსვლის შესაძლებლობებზე.

IPS 2025 მოიცავდა 150-ზე მეტ გამოფენელსა და 15,000-ზე მეტ მონაწილეს მთელი მსოფლიოდან, რაც საქართველოს საინვესტიციო პოტენციალის წარსადგენად და მომავალი თანამშრომლობების დასაგეგმად უნიკალურ შესაძლებლობას ქმნიდა.

Develony და OneCapita — სტრატეგიული საინვესტიციო დიალოგი

არაბთა გაერთიანებულ საამიროებში სამუშაო ვიზიტის ფარგლებში, გაიმართა შეხვედრა თამარ მაშავას — Develony-ის მმართველი პარტნიორის, ასევე აზიისა და სპარსეთის ყურის ქვეყნების ბიზნესპალატის (BCAGC) საინვესტიციო კომიტეტის თავმჯდომარის მოადგილესა და OneCapita LLC-ის აღმასრულებელ დირექტორთან და დამფუძნებელთან, ბატონ ჰაითამ კადურასთან და კომპანიის სხვა წარმომადგენლებთან.

Develony at IPS 2025 — Opening Georgia to Global Developers

From April 14–16, 2025, Develony took part in the International Property Show (IPS) at the Dubai World Trade Centre — one of the largest global platforms for real estate investment and cross-border development.

As Managing Partner at Develony, Tamar Mashava had the opportunity to lead high-level negotiations with several prominent international developers, including PRESTIGE, Sobha Realty, and others. The focus of these discussions was on strategic market entry into Georgia — positioning our country as an emerging destination for global real estate expansion.

The IPS 2025 hosted over 150 exhibitors and 15,000 participants from around the world, providing an excellent environment for showcasing Georgia’s investment potential and fostering future cooperation.

Develony-ის აქტიური და წარმატებული მონაწილეობა -ზე (Annual Investment Meeting), რომელიც აბუ-დაბიში გაიმართა, საფუძვლად დაედო შემდგომ შეხვედრას Develony-ის მმართველ პარტნიორს, თამარ მაშავასა და Silkroad 4.0-ის პრეზიდენტს, ბატონ ფილიპ რაინიშს შორის.

Strengthening Global Partnerships — Develony x Silkroad 4.0

Following Develony’s successful participation in in Abu-Dabi, Managing partner, Tamar Mashava had the pleasure of meeting with Mr. Philipe Reinisch, President of Silkroad 4.0 — a leading European initiative connecting innovation ecosystems along the modern Silk Road.

The meeting resulted in a preliminary agreement focused on joint strategic inovetive initiatives in Real Estate sector, investment opportunities, and the potential opening of a Silkroad 4.0 representative office in Georgia together with Develony and BCAGC — a step that could significantly enhance regional collaboration and access to cross-border innovation networks.

It was also honored that Develony has been invited to participate in the Global Future Summit hosted by Silkroad 4.0 this May — an international platform bringing together thought leaders from technology, diplomacy, and sustainability.

უძრავი ქონების სერვისებისა და ინვესტიციების კომპანიამ „დეველონი“ მონაწილეობა მიიღო AIM Congress 2025-ში, რომელიც 7-9 აპრილს აბუ დაბიში, ADNEC-ის საგამოფენო სივრცეში გაიმართა.

ღონისძიებაზე, რომელიც 180-ზე მეტი ქვეყნის 25,000-ზე მეტ დელეგატს უმასპინძლა, დეველონის გუნდმა არაერთი მნიშვნელოვანი შეხვედრა გამართა სადაც აქტიურად განიხილებოდა საერთაშორისო საინვესტიციო პროექტებში თანამშრომლობის შესაძლებლობები.

Develony Participates in AIM Congress 2025

Develony, a real estate services and investment company, took part in AIM Congress 2025, held from April 7–9 at the ADNEC Exhibition Centre in Abu Dhabi.

The event welcomed over 25,000 delegates from more than 180 countries. During the congress, Develony’s team held several high-level meetings focused on exploring collaboration opportunities in international investment projects.

A key highlight was the meeting with Dr. Tariq Bin Haidar, Director General of AIM Congress, where future collaboration in upcoming global events was discussed.

In addition, productive discussions with various investment groups led to the planning of future partnerships and the initiation of negotiations regarding potential projects in Georgia, aimed at attracting foreign investments.

Develony continues to strengthen its network of international partners and investors, supporting the growth of Georgia’s investment potential.

უძრავი ქონების სერვისებისა და ინვესტიციების კომპანიამ "დეველონი" აზიისა და სპარსეთის ყურის ქვეყნების ბიზნეს პალატასთან მჭიდრო თანამშრომლობის ფარგლებში უმასპინძლა სტუმრებს გაერთიანებული არაბთა საამიროებიდან, კერძოდ, ინვესტორთა დელეგაციას დუბაიდან და აბუ-დაბიდან. სამდღიანი ვიზიტის განმავლობაში დეველონმა ინვესტორებს გააცნო საქართველოს უძრავი ქონების ბაზრის საინვესტიციო პოტენციალი. სტუმრებმა ადგილზე მოინახულეს მნიშვნელოვანი პროექტები როგორც დედაქალაქში და აღმოსავლეთ საქართველოში, ისე ბათუმსა და ზღვისპირა სხვა ქალაქებში. ვიზიტი წარმატებით დასრულდა — დაიგეგმა კონკრეტულ პროექტებზე თანამშრომლობა, მომდევნო ნაბიჯები და უახლოეს მომავალში საპასუხო ვიზიტი დუბაისა და აბუ-დაბიში.

Develony had the honor of hosting a delegation of investors from the United Arab Emirates, specifically from Dubai and Abu Dhabi in the frame of close collaboration with the Business Chamber of Asian & Gulf Countries BCAGC. During the three-day visit, Develony presented the investment potential of Georgia’s real estate market. we introduced the investment potential of Georgia’s real estate market and showcased key projects in Tbilisi, eastern regions, and coastal cities — including Batumi. The successful visit resulted in agreements on specific project collaborations, outlined next steps, and a return visit to the UAE planned in the near future.

We are proud to be the participants of Georgian delegation's visit in Germany in the frames of the recent Georgian-German Business Forum held in Frankfurt on April 25th, 2024. This key event, organized by EUGBC in cooperation with the Embassy of Georgia to Germany, Consulate General of Georgia in Frankfurt and relevant local chambers of commerce, brought together representatives from both countries.

The forum featured opening remarks by Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Alexander Khvtisiashvili and State Secretary Michael Ruhl. Following the presentations and discussions.

Develony, represented by managing partner, Tamar Mashava, showcased the potential of the Georgian real estate market to German businesses. The presentation explored investment opportunities in the sector, fostering valuable connections for future collaborations.

We are thrilled to share that Develony was one of the delegation members representing Georgia at the recent business forum in Berlin. This landmark event, organized by EU - Georgia Business Council EUGBC in cooperation with the Embassy of Georgia to Germany, the Consulate General of Georgia in Frankfurt, and local chambers of commerce, served as a vibrant platform for fostering bilateral relations and exploring new business opportunities.

Following the forum, we engaged in productive B2B meetings with German business counterparts, discussing potential collaborations and ventures.
