About the Role:
A well-established and reputed clinic in Dubai is seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead and manage the nursing team. The ideal candidate will ensure high standards of patient care, compliance with DHA regulations, and smooth daily operations within the clinic.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support the nursing team to deliver quality patient care
Ensure compliance with DHA standards and clinical protocols
Manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations
Coordinate with doctors and management for efficient workflow
Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation
Requirements:
Valid DHA License
Minimum 3 years of nursing experience, with 1 year in a supervisory role
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to handle multitasking in a fast-paced clinical environment
