United Arab Emirates has stated that its territory will not be used to launch attacks against Iran, even as regional tensions continue to escalate. The announcement was made by the ambassador to the UN, Jamal Al Musharakh while speaking to reporters in Geneva.

The UAE envoy emphasised that Emirati bases are not being used to conduct operations against Iran and reaffirmed the country’s long-standing position of avoiding direct involvement in such military actions.

Officials also called for an urgent reduction in tensions and a return to diplomatic dialogue. The UAE stressed that de-escalation and negotiations remain essential for maintaining stability across the region.
