All prices displayed on our website are NET prices. They do not include any import duties, customs fees, or taxes imposed by your country.

Please understand that these charges are not collected by Sara Lashay, and we do not receive a single cent of them. They are taxes and duties imposed by your own country’s customs authorities and are paid to your country, not to us.

As our company is based in the United Arab Emirates, our international prices do not include the import taxes and duties applicable in your country.

If you were to purchase our jewelry from a boutique in your own country, these costs would generally already be reflected in the retail price, along with other expenses.

This is also why we display an estimated “Boutique Price” under each product on our website. This price is an indication of what the same piece could cost if purchased through a boutique, particularly in the European Union. It is an estimated retail price, not an exact or guaranteed selling price.

I kindly ask you to understand that customs duties and taxes are determined by your country’s regulations. They are completely outside our control and are not additional charges imposed by our brand.
