My virtual set up for training delivery. What my delegates see vs behind the scenes.

I need the camera to be at eye level, something I explain in my training courses, and the only way to make that happen and avoid bad neck pain is to use the ironing board to raise my MacBook and iPad up.
I had to use a chopping board as a mouse mat as well.

It doesn’t need to be perfect, it just needs to work.

I had a great training session yesterday on how to influence stakeholders, both internal and external, when working in a highly regulated industry. Lots of learning and the occasional dad joke to keep the session engaging.
