ive glass field, Oneglass is one of the leading manufacturers of kiln formed glass and other decorative finishes. As part of Oneglass International, Oneglass Middle East can continue to offer new and refreshing products to it customers throughout the region. Oneglass offers an extensive range of distinctive decorative glass techniques in order to create individual products. The following is just some of the processes available; kiln forming, colouring, sand blasting, laminating, bending, etching and stacked glass to name but a few. Our history of expertise and creative use of new textures, products and services, makes Oneglass unique. Oneglass has now successfully completed over 7500 projects worldwide and our range of products are specified in many large architectural practices including Foster & Partners, SOM, EPR, Auketts and Richard Rogers & Partners. Oneglass glass is made from annealed Pilkington, float glass, a standard, structural glass for internal and external applications in construction. Through complex and unique procedures Oneglass is able to create original and stunning glass products. Each piece of Oneglass is custom made to design requirements, taking into account the consideration for the relevant building standards and practicalities of glazing to frames, holes for fixing and cutouts for patch fittings. Oneglass glass is supplied as toughened glass in accordance with BS 6206 toughening standards and also is available as re-annealed and laminated glass depending on the application. Maximum panel size is 1750 mm wide by 3000 mm high, However, this is only a recommended size for handling reasons. Oneglass can also curve and toughen all textured glass to the same dimensions, restrictions do apply.
