Experience: Minimum of 5 years in car painting or a related field.
Age Range: 25 to 45 years.

Expertise in surface preparation, color mixing, and application techniques.
Familiarity with various paint types (e.g., water-based, solvent-based).
High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Physical stamina to work long hours and handle equipment safely.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Adaptability to new technologies and work practices.
Valid driver’s license may be required.
