The Nanny Whisperers We specialise in fostering harmonious homes through expert HR support for you & your home helpers. I look forward to meeting and working with you.

My journey began in 2011 with a graduate program at easyJet, UK. Whilst there, I worked in their HR Service Centre learning the policies and processes by which a business runs. I moved to an HR Advisor role supporting Cabin Crew and their managers and then to an HR Business Partner role for commercial teams, including finance, sales, marketing, and IT.

My career path led me to Nestlé, where I se

rved as the Senior HR Business Partner for the Buxton Water factory. I then moved to Thornton and Ross, a renowned pharmaceutical company known for brands such as Zoflora, Covonia, and Hedrin, as well as prescription-only medicines.

Throughout my career, I have specialised in training line managers, implementing processes and practices to drive employee engagement, and creating thriving workplaces. Now, I am channeling my knowledge, skills, and experience into The Nanny Whisperers. My company is dedicated to supporting families and their helpers to build harmonious homes.

One of the biggest sources of conflict between families and their home help is unspoken expectations. What you think is obvious may not be obvious to someone from a different culture, background or household.

Research from Gallup (2017) shows that employees with clear job expectations are 23% more likely to be engaged at work. The same principle applies at home: when your nanny or maid knows exactly what’s expected, everyone feels more confident and respected.

A written job description isn’t rigid; it’s a foundation for trust, fairness and accountability. It's not too late.

Thank you to for the warm welcome at JESS Jumeirah this morning. It was a pleasure to host the workshop with thoughtful, open participants.

We explored how the skillsets needed from home help vary significantly by family and how they evolve as children grow. We looked at how a robust selection process can support finding the right fit for your family's needs.

We also reflected on the challenges within the current system, and the opportunities to do things better, with more care, structure, and respect for all involved.
