The "5KM Lie" And A Snow Bath | Live Nature delivered an unexpectedly thick layer of snow during today's run to the Rakovski stadium. In this stream, I share the exact mindset hack I use when the weather is brutal: I simply tell my mind we are only going to run 5km. Once the resistance is broken and the shoes are on, that inner work takes over and the momentum easily compounds into 10 or 15 kilometers.

After hitting the calisthenics bars to loosen up the 47-year-old hips, I decided to take advantage of the environment and take a raw snow bath right in the middle of the stadium. It is a massive shock to the system and completely eliminates the need for an indoor sauna. The only rule is that you have to put your gear back on and keep moving afterward so the body stays capable and the compounding effects continue.
