Are you a finance leader ready to step into a high-impact role in a dynamic, multi-business environment? Join our leadership team as a Senior Finance Controller, where you'll work directly with the Group CFO to drive financial strategy, governance, and business performance across a diversified group.

📌 Location: Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC)
📈 Experience: 12–18 years in finance leadership roles
🎓 Qualification: CA and/or MBA from a premier institution (IIM or Tier-1 equivalent)

🔍 What You’ll Do:
🔹 Lead group-wide financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and internal controls
🔹 Partner with business heads to drive performance, cost optimization & growth
🔹 Spearhead ERP (SAP/Oracle/MS Dynamics) implementations and digitization initiatives
🔹 Ensure governance, risk management, and adherence to IFRS/local GAAP
🔹 Mentor a high-performing finance team and build a pipeline of future leaders
