As a Conference Producer at Resolute Market Intelligence, you’ll support the creation of content-driven conferences and business summits. This role is ideal for freshers who are curious, research-oriented, and eager to learn how global conferences are built, from agenda design to speaker coordination, across sectors including AI, technology, healthcare, energy, finance, and emerging markets.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
• Industry research and agenda development
• Speaker identification, profiling, and coordination
• Agenda documentation, session support, and live event assistance
• Content support for websites, marketing materials, and post-event reports
• Internal coordination with marketing, design, and operations teams
𝗪𝗵𝗼 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗦𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗕𝗲
• Fresher or early-career professional with interest in conferences and research
• Curious about global industries and innovation
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 & 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline; business, journalism, management, or technology preferred)
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Basic proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Research-oriented mindset
