This took 4 months…

Lewis had worked with other mentors before but always felt there was something missing 🤔

Feeling like he couldn’t be his genuine self because of what he was being told to post and the way he was being told to post it…just wasn’t him

So over those four months one of our main goals was to work out what he actually wanted to post

And who he wanted to work with

How to get his message across in the right way

Not just to attract clients but the right sort of clients

Switching out to videos that Lewis enjoys making, educational videos designed for people with an adequate attention span

And guess what he more than doubled his business as a result

He’s done a full day content shoot making content HE wants to make…which will in turn attract more clients that HE wants to work with

There’s no one size fits all with coaching

This man’s story’s a wild one so far…

Gary was a very successful gym owner. Due to life circumstances, had to make the switch online.

But he didn’t really know where to start. He had a setter, running paid ads, because, well….thats what everyone else is doing.

When we first spoke earlier this year Gary said he liked the way I did things. Organic, qualified leads coming in regularly, without spending £1000’s per month on paid ads.

Understand WHO it is you want to work with and learning how to get them via your marketing.

We haven’t even scratched the surface yet with Gary, his content, his copy, Email, long form etc

We got rid of the setter thankfully. So all profits and sales go straight back to Gary.

The number one metric most coaches use to track business growth is revenue. The cash monies.

But it’s so much more than that, that will happen along the way of course, but it only happens as a result of growth elsewhere.

Getting better at social media, learning how to start conversations with followers and not feel awkward, learning how to write better copy, getting a deeper understanding of your ideal clients pain points and using them to show you understand….and a million and one other things.

Strive for 1% improvements each day in your business.

Reduce ad spend

Make an extra piece of content

Take a course on Canva to make better graphics

Learn how to tell stories

All the stuff most coaches don’t do because it’s not “coaching”

But you’ll have no one to coach if you don’t nail the basics

What I thinks good for most…

I would say 40-60 clients at around £200 a month

Half your check ins on Monday and Half on Tuesday

Wednesday Thursday used for catch up calls, programming, email sequences etc

Friday spent making content

That’s a pretty great life

Gym in the mornings, work from home doing something you love £8-£12k per month in your pocket

No boss

No commute

So stop overcomplicating it

There are at least 40 people out there who would work with you over

So go find them and give them a reason to pick you
