Chat Engagement Pre-TL*10
Salary: PHP 40,000
Bonus: Uncapped
(Based on Volume average monthly income around 150k)
Onsite: Santa Ana - Dorm provided
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the daily operations of the chat team, including training and coaching team members
• Monitor individual and team performance, driving improvements in conversion rates and user engagement
• Optimize chat scripts and workflows to enhance interaction quality and user retention
• Achieve assigned targets and conduct regular data analysis to improve overall performance
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in chat-related roles (e.g., chat operations, customer service, sales, or online promotion)
• Prior experience in team management with the ability to lead and develop team members is a plus
• Basic communication skills in Chinese is a plus (able to understand and communicate in simple conversations)
• Strong sense of responsibility, ex*****on skills, and a results-driven mindset
