✨ Member Spotlight: Tatiana Fregonas

At Ellevate Dubai, we celebrate the women in our community who are building, leading, and creating meaningful impact. Our Member Spotlight series introduces you to inspiring members and their journeys.

Meet Tatiana Fregonas, Founder of Simple Method and a Project Manager helping business owners improve how their businesses run. From analyzing workflows and client processes to building practical systems for growth, her work is focused on creating smoother, more sustainable operations.

With a thoughtful and solutions-driven approach, Tatiana helps businesses become less dependent on day-to-day firefighting and more prepared for long-term growth.

One of her proudest moments over the past year was showing up for founders during uncertain times in Dubai by creating free sessions to help them assess what was working, what needed attention, and how to move forward with clarity.

She loves Ellevate for its genuine conversations, meaningful connections, and the inspiring community of women who continuously support and uplift one another.

Fun fact: Tatiana was born in Russia, spent most of her life in France, and has called Dubai home for the last eleven years!

We’re so excited to introduce Buddy Circles, a new way to create deeper, more meaningful connections within our Ellevate Dubai community 🤍

Think of it as finding your people within the community whether that’s through 1:1 connections or smaller groups where you can share ideas, gain fresh perspectives, stay accountable, and support each other along the way.

We’re launching Buddy Circles as a 3-month pilot until 31 July 2026, and we’d love for as many of you as possible to be part of it and help shape where it grows from here.

We’ll also be introducing themed circles, starting with “Building Your Plan B” - designed for anyone exploring new ideas, additional income streams, or thinking more intentionally about their next chapter. In today’s uncertain times, it’s also about helping your business stay sustainable, adaptable, and positioned for growth through shared experiences, ideas, and support from the community.
