🤝 We are delighted to announce the recent signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between the Polish Business Council in Dubai and Fundusz Górnośląski S.A. (Upper Silesian Fund) — an organization that, by establishing their representative office in Abu Dhabi in 2022, demonstrated their great commitment to supporting Polish SMEs from Silesia in the Gulf region.

Now, we will join forces in creating more value for Polish businesses interested in the United Arab Emirates market! 🇦🇪🇵🇱

☀️ It's official – the summer season has begun!

🔥 Despite the scorching heat and summer travel plans, our last exclusive networking event of the season attracted over 20 members of the Polish business community. It was a delightful evening filled with meaningful conversations, shared ideas, and exciting plans for the second half of the year.

🌟 It was amazing to welcome new faces and catch up with so many familiar ones! A huge thank you to everyone who joined us—we hope you enjoyed the evening and the brilliant Polish food prepared by the team at the famous Polonia Restaurant.

🙏 We also extend our sincere thanks to the representatives from the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Abu Dhabi for joining us. We look forward to collaborating closely with Poland's diplomatic mission on our upcoming initiatives.

💫 The Polish Business Council in Dubai was delighted to attend Dubai Chamber of Commerce’s special InFocus event! Over 100 local companies gathered to explore expansion opportunities in Poland and Hungary, serving as a prelude to a Dubai Chambers business Roadshow planned for this November.

🇵🇱 In his welcoming address, H.E. Mohammad Ali Rashed Lootah (President & CEO of Dubai Chambers) highlighted the vital role of the NewHorizons initiative in driving global expansion, particularly in Central & Eastern Europe—anchored by the Dubai Chambers office in Warsaw, led by Adrian Malinowski.

📈 As Europe’s 6th largest economy, Poland offers a highly diversified, strategic, and low-risk trade environment for UAE businesses looking to expand.

🤝 The gathering was supported by Jacek Buda and László Márton (Deputy Heads of Mission at the Polish and Hungarian Embassies). It also provided a great opportunity for our Chairwoman, Weronika Tomaszewska-Collins, to connect with Hungarian Business Council UAE Vice Chairmen, Reka Halasz and Szilvia Viczian, to discuss future collaboration.

🌍 Together with partners from across Dubai's international business scene, we took part in the final intercouncil networking session of the season at the marvelous My Square Restaurant, DoubleTree Business Bay!

🤝 It was a fantastic opportunity for our members to exchange ideas and connect with professionals from councils representing Iran, Lebanon, Malaysia, Kazakhstan, Serbia, Spain, Sri Lanka, Turkey, Ukraine, Vietnam, and Zimbabwe. Even as the summer heat approaches, the room was packed with vibrant, multicultural energy and active networking.

🏆 The First Polish Business Roundtable in Dubai was our most successful event yet! Organized in collaboration with the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Abu Dhabi and centered on operational resilience, the event brought together around 60 Polish business leaders across the UAE to network, exchange ideas, and learn how to turn challenges into opportunities.
