Designed the homepage for a real estate website. A few decisions worth breaking down:
A serif headline against a night skyline photo instead of stock daylight shots. Real estate in Dubai sells lifestyle and status first, property second. The visual has to carry that before any copy does.
The search bar floats mid-page, not pinned to the nav. Bedroom and price filters sit inline as toggle chips instead of buried in a dropdown modal, one less click before someone sees results.
What would you add or cut from this hero?

Enterprise UX doesn't fail because of bad designers.
It fails because of a broken process.

12 years across fintech, SaaS, and government platforms taught me this: the best UI in the world can't survive a stakeholder review with no clear decision-maker.

Before you hire for talent, do this process for alignment.
What's the biggest process gap you've seen kill a good design?
DM and let me know.

3 UX habits quietly killing your SaaS conversion rate:
1. Forms that ask before they earn trust
2. Loading states with zero feedback
3. CTAs that describe the button, not the outcome
Fix these before you touch your funnel copy.

Neo banking, designed for people who think in systems.

Axys Bank is a fintech concept I worked on as Product Designer, covering onboarding, account overview, wallet, and card management.

The brief was simple to say and hard to do: make premium banking feel effortless. Dark editorial visuals, gold accents, and a card-first interaction model that puts the user's money front and center instead of buried in menus.

A few decisions worth calling out:
β†’ Balance visibility toggled by default, privacy without extra taps
β†’ Quick actions (Send, Receive, Share) surfaced at the point of decision, not three screens deep
β†’ Card carousel designed to feel tactile because in a neo bank, the card is still the trust anchor

A small interaction, still worth designing with intent.
This is the biometric auth screen from a fintech product, the moment before a user gets into their account. Two states are shown here: waiting for input and successful match.
A few things I focused on:
β†’ Colour as the only signal needed: red for "not yet," green for "you're in." No extra copy, no loading spinner competing for attention
β†’ The fingerprint pattern only appears on success, so the idle state stays calm and doesn't over-explain itself
β†’ Timing matters more than people think "Hold your thumb for 3 Sec" sets the expectation upfront, so a 3-second wait never feels like lag
Auth screens get skipped in most design reviews because they feel like a solved problem. But it's the one screen every user hits before they can do anything else in the app, worth the extra pass.

Designed the moment where a map becomes a marketplace.

For MarsX, I built the Figma component system behind the land sale map, sold and unsold plots rendered as live states, not static tiles.
The real problem wasn't visual. It was flow: how do you let someone go from browsing to owning without ever leaving the map?
So the component handles both states in one click path: select a plot, see its status, complete the purchase, all inline. No page jump, no context switch, no lost momentum.

That's the part I care about most as a product designer, not how a screen looks, but how little friction sits between intent and action.

Sold plots aren't just marked. They're proof the system works.

As part of systemising the design with the UAE Design System, I built out full theme and localisation support, dark/light mode switching and complete English/Arabic RTL formatting.
So I took the liberty to design a beautiful screen in one direction and one theme; it's a different challenge to make every token, spacing rule, and component mirror correctly without breaking hierarchy or readability. This is where a real design system earns its value, not in how one screen looks, but in how consistently it holds up across themes, languages, and reading directions.
