🥩 Filet Mignon with Shrimp and Lobster Cream Sauce 🦐🦞
Ingredients:
4 (6-ounce) filet mignon steaks
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup shallots, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
4 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined
4 oz lobster meat, chopped
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
1 tbsp unsalted butter
Instructions:
Season steaks with salt and pepper.
Sear steaks in hot olive oil, 4-5 minutes per side.
Sauté shallots and garlic.
Add shrimp and lobster, cook until tender.
Deglaze with chicken broth, simmer with cream and thyme.
Stir in butter, then serve sauce over steaks.
