Fungigone is a proprietary antifungal reagent from bioWORLD, specifically developed to effectively control fungal contamination in plant tissue culture applications while preserving sample integrity. It is especially suitable for tissue explants used in vegetative propagation and seed germination studies.

Fungigone is provided as a 100X concentrated solution. For best performance, add 10 mL of Fungigone to 1 liter of liquid growth medium. The reagent should be introduced directly into pre-sterilized media at room temperature, as media containing Fungigone should not be autoclaved.

In addition to Fungigone, bioWORLD provides a wide range of plant tissue culture media and essential laboratory supplies, including Magenta boxes and petri dishes, to support complete tissue culture workflows.
