Job Summary
The Data collectors will be responsible for qualitative and quantitative data collection in any of their own provinces:
Duties & Responsibilities:
Familiar with using Data Collection Software (KOBO Toolbox/ODK) in smart phones/tablets.
Conduct implementing partner and key stakeholder interviews.
Follow sampling instructions provided by the evaluation and survey team.
Conduct surveys/questionnaires and direct observation.
Conduct interviews with implementing partners and government stakeholders.
Conduct in–depth interviews, focus group discussions, and household-level surveys.
Use qualitative and quantitative data collection tools.
Conduct a visual assessment of the assessment areas.
Transcript evaluation data including audio records and notes.
Job Requirements
University graduate in social science, management, literature, economics, and other relevant field
At least three years experience of in data collection, survey, and assessment
Experience in conducting interviews, focus group discussions and household survey
Ability and willingness to undertake household surveys and interviews in their province
Adherence to professional ethics in conducting surveys.
Have strong communication skills
Be fluent in Dari and Pashto language
Be willing to work at least 8 hours per day
