Today's story
A man had a dog that was dying. He was sitting in the middle of the road and crying for his dog.
A beggar was passing by and asked: Why are you crying?
He said: This loyal dog of mine is dying before my eyes. This dog hunted for me during the day and was my guard at night and kept the thieves away. The beggar asked: What is a dog's disease? Does he have a wound? The man said: No, he will die of hunger. The beggar said: Wait, God rewards the patient.
The beggar saw a bag of feathers in the man's hand. What do you have in this bag? He answered: Bread and food to eat. The beggar said: Why don't you give it to the dog to save it from death?
He said: I like bread more than my dog. I have to pay for bread and food, but tears are free. I cry for my dog as much as he wants.
The beggar said: Dust on your head! Tears are the blood of the heart and at the cost of sadness it has turned into clear water, the value of tears is more than bread. Bread is from the soil, but tears are from the blood of the heart.
