Position Title:
Commercial supervisor
Job Summary:
Manage E-top up sales of Kabul region and related provinces ( Parwan, Panjshir, Kapisa, Khost, Paktia, paktika, Ghazni, Wardak, Logar, Bamyan and Dikondi)
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop Strong Strategies to expand the Market of SML Product and services.
• Identify key products indicator (KPI) and push the sales in the market.
• Proven experience in Sales and management and communication with POS.
• Develop and review goals based on objectives set by the management and communicate it to E-top up distributors.
• Review progress vs assigned goals, budgets and targets on daily, weekly and monthly basis
• Create and maintain an atmosphere in which make the distributors willing to work with SML.
• Control market loan and try to find potential distributors in region and be align with daily targets.
• Strong follow up with all POS for making them ready for daily purchase and sales.
• Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support.
• Organize and coordinate sales representative’s schedules.
• Recruit, hire, and train new sales representatives
• Receive and report on all sales leads
• Answer potential customer questions and follow-up call questions
• Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics
• Meet all sales quotas and goals
• Prepare sales reports and share with distributors on daily basis.
• Travel to market for market expansion.
• Meet deadlines and cover all set goals.
• Review and analyze the marketing efforts and make necessary changes for further improvement.
• Distribute marketing materials and expand SML brand in the market.
• Able to travel on provinces for market expansion any time required.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of Sales and customer services
Strong knowledge of Communication.
Flexible to have provincial trips.
Fluent in English, Dari and Pashto
Being punctual, respective and formal
Self-motivated and well behavior with customers & Distributors.
Strong computer skills.
Qualifications: 3 Years in Sales & Commerce
Job Location: Kabul
Education: At least bachelor of BBA or Economics.
