Padova Consulting is looking for a QuickBooks Trainer (Consultant) fo a short-term to support a financial system development initiative in Afghanistan.

🧭 Nature of the Work
This job is about helping a local NGO use QuickBooks Online to manage its finances better. The consultant will set up the software in Kabul office, make sure it fits the organization’s needs, and move old financial data into the new system. The consultant will also train the finance team on how to use QuickBooks step by step — including keeping records, managing payments, and preparing reports. The goal is to make the finance system faster, easier, and more reliable.
What You Will Do
1. Set up and configure QuickBooks Online in Kabul and Kandahar.
2. Train finance staff on how to use the system.
3. Move QuickBooks desktop financial data to online QuickBooks sytem.
4. Test the system and hand it over.
5. Provide post support to client partner organisationsin using the software on their own.
What We’re Looking For
Experience working with QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
Good communication and training skills.
Willingness to travel to Kandahar for training.
Languages: English, Dari, or Pashto.
