rofessional qualifications in USA, Italy, Germany, Japan, England, Norway, Estonia, Latvia, Belgium, Greece, Poland, Slovenia, Romania, etc., in the field of policies and strategies of Higher Education, Scientific Research and Innovation, European Integration, EU and European Research Area policies, also in the field of Management, Critical Thinking and Leadership in Education, etc. Holding management and technical positions in the public administration sector, she has more than 30 years of comprehensive and leading experience in the field of Education System in Albania. She is a senior lecturer in research and pedagogy methodology in social science, a trainer at ASPA and, as a certified trainer by GIZ, she has contributed to the training of VET schools staff. She has expertise in the projects management, implementation and evaluation in the field of Education and Scientific Research and Innovation. She holds memberships in several European organizations such as Euro Science, National Contact Point (NCP) Horizon Europe for Research Infrastructure, Program Committee Correspondent HE, Research Infrastructure Group - Steering Committee, European Commission's Joint Research Center on the Proof of Concept sub-component, RICH Europe – EU, Management Committee COST Action, Member of ACE, etc. She is also a member of GNPIE for the alignment of the Acquis of Chapter 25 "Science and Scientific Research" and contributes to the drafting of strategic and political documents in the field of Higher Education, Scientific Research and Innovation. Starting from 2019 she is member of the Horizon National Contact Point (NCP) team in Albania as the NCP for Research Infrastructure and during these years she has given contribution to supporting applicants from Albania, disseminate information and engage the researchers in these processes.
