Food: We can take care of catering, lunches, coffe-breaks, snacks. Depending on the type of the event, selection of restaurants and menus could be critical. We would also organize social events and entertainment accompanying the event.

Marketing: We shall prepare promotional materials and take all necessary steps to create a buzz about the event. This includes brochures, leaflets, PR releases, ads, on-line promotion.

Some useful tips for organizing an event:
♦ Produce information and promotional material: The organizer should provide basic information to the right people at the right time so they know when to come, where to go and what to do upon arrival. The message should be as simple as possible and indicate the date, time, event and location.

♦ Identify visitors and participants: Without participation, there will be no t successful event. Make sure they will come.

♦ Create a schedule for the event: The timetable and detailed outline of the event from the beginning till the end is necessary. Leave nothing to chance. There are two types of agendas: one for the participants and a fifferent one for the people working the event.
