Որպեսզի պատրաստվի գերազանց գինի մենք կանոնավորաբար անում ենք Խաղողի այգում պտղաբեռնաթափումը ավելորդ ողկույզների հեռացում, որի նպատակը մնացած պտղի որակի և հասունության բարելավումն է։ Ողկույզների քանակը նվազեցնելով՝ որթատունկը կարող է իր ավելի շատ սննդանյութերն ու էներգիան ուղղել մնացած պտղին, ինչի արդյունքում ստացվում է ավելի խտացված համ, շաքարի ավելի լավ զարգացում և առողջ որթատունկ։ Բեռնաթափումը նաև նպաստում է օդի շրջանառությանն ու արևի լույսի ներթափանցմանը, ինչը օգնում է կանխել հիվանդությունները։

In order to make great wine we regularly do vineyard fruit thinning which is the practice of hand-removing excess grape clusters from a vine to improve the quality and ripeness of the remaining fruit. By reducing the number of clusters, vines can allocate more resources to the remaining fruit, leading to better flavor concentration, sugar development, and improved vine health. Thinning also enhances air circulation and sunlight pe*******on, which helps prevent diseases.

Every drop of our wine is aged in oak barrels for a full year. The grapes are exclusively cultivated in our estate vineyard, where we prioritize quality through meticulous care/pruning and strict production limits.
