Սույն ծրագիրը նախատեսված է Հայաստանի 100 ամենահայտնի պատմական վայրերի պատկերների (անօդաչու և 3D օրթոֆոտոների) հավաքագրման համար և համապարփակ առցանց ռեսուրս ստեղծելու համար, որը կներառի տեղանքների ճշգրիտ գիտական նկարագրություն, ինչպես նաև հուշարձանների օդային տեսանյութեր: 2021 թվականի հուլիսի 14-ին Հայաստանի ամերիկյան համալսարանը (ՀԱՀ) հուշագիր է ստորագրել ՀՀ ԳԱԱ Հնագիտության և ազգագրության ինստի
տուտի հետ։ Այս ծրագիրը սկսվել է հանգուցյալ պրոֆեսոր Գրիգորի Արեշյանի նախաձեռնած նոր հնագիտական և ազգագրական նախագծի հիմման վրա: Ծրագիրը նպատակ ունի ներկայացնել Հայաստանի 100 հնագիտական վայրերը համագործակցելով երկրի երիտասարդ զբոսաշրջային արդյունաբերության հետ՝ խթանելով ոլորտը՝ ցուցադրելով Հայաստանի պատմական ժառանգության հսկայական հարստությունը՝ միաժամանակ ներկայացնելով նրա քիչ հայտնի հուշարձանները: Ստորագրմանը ներկա էին ՀԱՀ նախագահ դոկտոր Կարին Մարկիդեսը, Մանուկյան Սիմոնեի բիզնեսի և տնտեսագիտության քոլեջի (CBE) դեկան դոկտոր Վաչե Գաբրիելյանը, Հյուրանոցային և հյուրընկալության կառավարման (GCHHM) ավարտական վկայականների ծրագրի տնօրեն Զարմինե Զեյթունցյանը, Հնագիտության և ազգագրության ինստիտուտի փոխտնօրեն դոկտոր Արսեն Բոբոխյանը և այս ծրագրի ղեկավար դոկտոր Վիկտորյա Վասիլյանը:
Ծրագիրը սկսվում է Հայաստանի 100 ամենահայտնի պատմական վայրերի բարձրորակ օդային պատկերների և տեղագրական նյութերի ձեռքբերմամբ: Հնավայրերը կներառեն պատմության բոլոր ժամանակաշրջանների հնագիտական առարկաներ, ներառյալ բերդերը, ամրոցները, բնակավայրերը, գերեզմանոցները, սրբազան բնապատկերները, տաճարները և վանքերը Հայաստանի բոլոր մարզերում: Յուրաքանչյուր տեղանք կունենա պատմական նկարագրություն՝ գրված հայկական հնագիտության, պատմության և ճարտարապետության մասնագետների կողմից:
Անօդաչու թռչող սարքի գերժամանակակից տեխնոլոգիան կօգտագործվի 100 կայքերից տեսագրություններ ձեռք բերելու համար՝ ստեղծելով համապարփակ առցանց ռեսուրս հանրային հասանելիության համար, որը կներառի վիրտուալ իրականության տարբերակ, որը թույլ կտա դիտողներին տեղորոշվել այս պատմական օբյեկտների մոտ և դիտել դրանք` գործնականում տարբեր տեսանկյուններից: Տեսանյութերի մշակման հատուկ շտեմարանը կօգտագործվի ընտրված 100 նախագծի վայրերից առավել նշանավոր շենքերի 3D մոդելներ ստեղծելու համար, որոնք կարող են օգտագործվել այս ճարտարապետական գանձերի ֆիզիկական մոդելները ստեղծելու համար:
Այս ծրագրի արդյունքում ստեղծված տվյալների բազան և առցանց ռեսուրսները կարող են օգտագործվել բազմաթիվ կրթական և ակադեմիական նպատակներով՝ միաժամանակ ապահովելով տեղեկատվության արժեքավոր աղբյուր և խթան՝ Հայաստանի զբոսաշրջության արդյունաբերության զարգացման համար: Այս ռեսուրսները կհանգեցնեն բազմաթիվ լեզուներով օգտատերերի համար հարմար բովանդակության, եզակի և անսովոր հուշարձանների գովազդային տեսանյութերի, բուկլետների, թռուցիկների և տարբեր ճանապարհորդական կայքերի ստեղծմանը: Ծրագրի աննախադեպ բովանդակությունը կարող է նաև ծառայել պետական-մասնավոր համագործակցությունների և կոնֆերանսների, նոր շրջագայությունների, արշավների, ֆոտո-վիդեո ցուցահանդեսների և այլնի կազմակերպման համար:
Վերջնական արդյունքը կլինի զարգացած զբոսաշրջային արդյունքը: Երեք ընտրված հուշարձաններ կունենան դեպի իրենց տանող ճանապարհային նշաններ, գրանցված և վերլուծված տարածական տվյալներ, հուշարձանների և շրջակա համայնքների հեշտ գտնվող առցանց քարտեզներ, QR կոդերով հուշարձանների շուրջ ցուցանակներ, հավելյալ իրականության միջոցով հասանելի տեղեկատվություն (AR): ) և վիրտուալ իրականության (VR) տեխնոլոգիաներ, շարժական հավելված՝ ներդրված ճամփորդական կայքում, վիրտուալ շրջագայություններ և տեղեկատվական կենտրոն յուրաքանչյուր հուշարձանի կողքին։
«Ծրագիրը կմիավորի հնագիտության և ազգագրության ոլորտները զբոսաշրջության արդյունաբերության հետ, Հայաստանի այն ոլորտները, որոնք լի են ներուժով: Ես մեծ անհամբերությամբ սպասում եմ այս համագործակցության բազմաչափ ազդեցությանը ակադեմիայի, արդյունաբերության և հասարակության վրա՝ հարգելով հանգուցյալ պրոֆեսոր Գրիգորի Արեշյանի ժառանգությունը», - նշել է ՀԱՀ նախագահ դոկտոր Կարին Մարկիդեսը: Ծրագիրը սկսվել է սկսել 2021 թվականի սեպտեմբերին և հնարավոր է դարձել Մանուկյան Սիմոն հիմնադրամի նախագահ և ՀԱՀ-ի բարերար Քրիստին Սիմոնի առատաձեռն աջակցությամբ:
ՔԱՅԼԵՐ
1) Հայաստանի 100 ամենահայտնի պատմական վայրերից ձեռք բերել բարձր որակի օդային լուսանկարներ: Այս հուշարձանները կներառեն տարբեր ժամանակաշրջանների հնագիտական օբյեկտները՝ ամրոցներ, բնակավայրեր, գերեզմանատներ, սրբազան լանդշաֆտներ, տաճարներ և վանքեր, և կներառեն հուշարձաններ Հայաստանի բոլոր մարզերից: Հնարավորության դեպքում տեղագրական տեղեկատվությունը կստացվի նաև GIS մասնագետի շնորհիվ:
2) Կազմել հայկական հնագիտության, պատմության և համաշխարհային ճարտարապետության մասնագետների կողմից գրված տեղանքների պատմականորեն ճշգրիտ նկարագրությունը:
3) Ստեղծել հավաքագրված տեղեկատվության շտեմարան: Բացի նրանց օդային լուսանկարներից և նկարագրություններից, տվյալների շտեմարանը կներառի նաև այս վայրերում հայտնաբերված առավել նշանավոր գտածոների լուսանկարներ: Այս լուսանկարները ձեռք կբերվեն Հայաստանի պատմության թանգարանից՝ համաձայն կնքված հուշագրի:
4) Օգտագործել անօդաչու թռչող սարքեր` 100 հուշարձանների տեսանյութերը ձեռք բերելու և համապարփակ առցանց ռեսուրս ստեղծելու համար: Այս տեսանյութերի պահոցը, ի թիվս այլ տարբերակների, կներառի նաև վիրտուալ տարբերակ, որը հնարավորություն կտա դիտորդներին այս պատմական օբյեկտները դիտարկել տարբեր անկյուններից:
5) Հատկանշական շենքերի 3D մոդելներ ստեղծելու համար օգտագործել վիդեո մշակման հատուկ ծրագրակազմ: Այս մոդելները կարող են օգտագործվել որպես ճարտարապետական գանձերի տպագիր նյութական օրինակները` կրթական և ակադեմիական նպատակներով:
On July 14, 2021, the American University of Armenia (AUA) signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Institute of Archaeology and Ethnography of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Armenia (RA). The MoU is the concluding step in the design of the new archeological and ethnographic initiative commenced by the late Dr. Gregory Areshian. The project aims to integrate Armenia’s paramount archaeological sites with the country’s budding tourism industry, boosting the sector by showcasing the enormous wealth of Armenia’s historic heritage while introducing its lesser-known monuments. Joining AUA President Dr. Karin Markides at the signing were the Dean of the Manoogian Simone College of Business and Economics (CBE) Dr. Vache Gabrielyan, the Director of the Graduate Certificate Program in Hotel and Hospitality Management (GCHHM) Zarmine Zeitountsian, the Deputy Director of the Institute of Archaeology and Ethnography Dr. Arsen Bobokhyan, and the Project Manager Dr. Viktorya Vasilyan. The project begins with acquiring high resolution aerial images and topographical information of the 100 most prominent historical sites of Armenia. The sites will include archaeological objects from all periods of history, including fortresses, settlements, cemeteries, sacred landscapes, temples, and monasteries in locations across all regions of Armenia. State of the art drone technology will be used to acquire video footage of the 100 sites, creating a comprehensive online resource for public access that will include a virtual reality option, which allows viewers to position themselves within close vicinity of these historical objects and observe them virtually from different angles. Special video processing software will be used to create 3D models of the most notable buildings among the selected 100 project sites that can be used to construct physical models of these architectural treasures. The resulting database and online resources created by this project can be used for multiple educational and academic purposes while providing a valuable source of information and stimulation for furthering the development of the tourism industry of Armenia. These resources will lead to the creation of user-friendly content in multiple languages, promotional videos of unique and off the beaten path monuments, booklets, leaflets, and various travel websites. The unprecedented project content could also serve as a catalyst for organizing public-private partnerships and conferences, new tours, expeditions, photo-video exhibitions, and more. The ultimate result will be an advanced tourism product. Up to three selected monuments will have road signage leading to them, along with recorded and analyzed spatial data, easy-to-navigate online maps of the monuments and surrounding communities, signage around the monuments with QR codes, information accessible via augmented reality (AR) and virtual reality (VR) technologies, mobile application embedded within the travel website, virtual tours, and an information center next to each monument.
“The project will integrate the fields of archaeology and ethnography with the tourism industry, spheres in Armenia that are brimming with potential. I greatly look forward to this collaboration’s multidimensional impact on academia, industry, and society, all while honoring the legacy of the late Dr. Gregory Areshian,” remarked AUA President Dr. Karin Markides. The project is slated to begin in September 2021 and was made possible through the generous support of Christine Simone, President of the Manoogian Simone Foundation and AUA benefactor. This Project is for the collection of imagery (drone and 3D) and historical descriptions of 100 most prominent historical sites of Armenia and in order to create a comprehensive online resource that will contain accurate scholarly description of the sites as well as aerial videos of the monuments. STEPS:
1) To acquire high resolution aerial images of 100 most prominent historical sites of Armenia and Artsakh. These sites will include archaeological objects of all periods such as fortresses, settlements, cemeteries, sacred landscapes, temples and monasteries and will include locations across all regions of Armenia. Whenever possible topographical information will be also obtained.
2) To compile historically correct descriptions of the sites written by the experts in Armenian archaeology, history and world architecture.
3) Used the above information to publish highest quality book with 4-5 pages devoted to each of 100 sites. In addition to their aerial photos and descriptions, such book will also include images of most notable objects found at these locations. These images will be obtained from the History Museum of Armenia as per existing agreement.
4) To use the latest drone technology to acquire video footage of the 100 sites to create a comprehensive online resource. This video depository will include, among other options, a virtual reality option allowing viewers to position themselves within close vicinity of these historical objects while observing them at different angles.
5) Use special video processing software to create 3D models of most notable buildings. These models can be employed to the print physical models of these architectural treasures for educational and academic purposes
The created database and online resources, which is unprecedented in its nature, will be used for educational and academic purposes and will serve as great source of information and inspiration for budding Armenian tourism industry.
