Աշխարհի տարբեր երկրներում կոմերցիոն անշարժ գույքի առաջարկներ դիտարկելիս հաճախ հանդիպում ենք «Grade A» կամ «A դաս» բնորոշման։ Դրանք սովորաբար վերաբերում են շուկայի ամենաբարձր որակի գրասենյակային տարածքներին, որոնք նախընտրում են առաջատար ընկերությունները և որոնք մեծ հետաքրքրություն են ներկայացնում ներդրողների համար։ Հայաստանում, սակայն, A դասի բոլոր չափանիշներին լիարժեք համապատասխանող գրասենյակային տարածքները դեռևս սահմանափակ են։

Time, Material, Place: 90 Years of Innovation and Reinvention

On September 23, 17:30, WTC Yerevan will host a Catalyst talk with Vram Malek, leader of (SOM) growing practice in the Asia-Pacific region.

Since its founding in 1936, SOM has been designing the future. From the first modernist office building in New York City to supertall towers that have redefined city skylines and airports that reimagine the travel experience, our firm has been responsible for some of the most significant architectural and engineering achievements in modern history. The fireside talk will explore how they continue to build on that legacy by reinvention and innovation.‍

Vram’s work ranges from mixed-use projects and commercial supertall towers to rail stations, civic and government buildings, and residences. Among his most significant projects is 175 Park Avenue, NY, 8 Shenton Way, Singapore.

Օn September 15, 17:30, WTC Yerevan will host a talk with Timothy Macfarlane - Chartered Engineer (CEng), Member of the Institution of Structural Engineers (MIStructE), Royal Designer for Industry (RDI), Honorary Fellow of the Royal Institute of British Architects (Hon FRIBA), Honorary Fellow of the Royal Incorporation of Architects in Scotland (Hon FRISA).

This will explore key milestones in the development of glass manufacturing, examining the freedoms and constraints that a rules-based approach brings to design. It will also consider the balance between warranties and professional responsibility, while reflecting on the remaining challenges facing the industry.
