What a powerful way to spend our Friday! ✨

Today, we brought together an amazing group of HR and business for our AI in HR: From Hype to Practice Masterclass — and what a session it was! 🤖💡

We moved beyond simply talking about AI and explored how we can actually use it in our day-to-day work — to work smarter, strengthen our HR practices, improve efficiency, and create more space for the work that truly requires the human touch.

A huge THANK YOU to all who joined us today! 💙 Your curiosity, openness, questions, conversations, and willingness to learn made the session even more valuable.

And a very special thank you to Rothmar Coenraad of AFAS Software Caribbean for delivering such an engaging, practical, and powerful session. You challenged us to think differently about AI and, most importantly, gave us tools and insights we can start putting into practice right away. 👏🏽

Today is a special day… Strategic Elements celebrates 5 years! 🎉

Five years ago, I took a leap of faith and started Strategic Elements with one clear purpose: to strengthen organizations through their people, leadership, and HR practices.

Today, I look back with immense gratitude. Over the past five years, we’ve had the privilege of working with more than 20 organizations across different industries in St. Maarten and the wider Caribbean, supporting them through HR advisory, leadership development, coaching, training, recruitment, and strategic HR projects.

What started as a vision has grown into trusted relationships, meaningful partnerships, and work that continues to make an impact.
