This gentleman presents himself as a true buyer, as a great businessman, but in reality he is nothing more than a "SCAMMER". He introduces himself and signs as CEO of the company SOUTH AMERICA EXPORT & INVESTMENTS.
This individual signed millionaire contracts for the purchase of SUGAR, SOYBEAN NOGMO and DIFFERENT EDIBLE OILS.
He did not comply with any commercial contract, he was unable to issue the bank guarantees that each operation required.
He is a manipulator, a person without moral or ethical codes.
I share this information for the care of all our colleagues. International complaints against this scammer and the company he represents have already begun.
For 4 months we have collected the signed contracts, email and WhatsApp conversations that support our international complaint, as well as this publication.

During the months of January and February, illegal actions from corrupt individuals and companies were detected. The level of professionalism of our commercial executives allowed us to detect suspicious actions, which were confirmed by our lawyers and investigators.
We managed to initiate international lawsuits against 5 intermediaries, a company of Chinese origin and a company of Brazilian origin.

In a total of 4 operations, in 3 of them we detected the USE of falsified, adulterated and manipulated documentation. while in the 4th. The objective of the operation was to obtain private documentation (BL/GACC/AQSIQ/PAST PERFORMANCES).
According to the new updates of the INTERNATIONAL CHAMBER OF COMMERCE (ICC) this action represents an illegal act, with the purpose of falsifying, duplicating or using third-party documents for fraudulent purposes.
