Keep cool out there! The next few days are going to be super hot and not at all conducive to working with steel.

Have you actually read the warranty guide relating to your verandah or carport?

You’ve spent a lot of money, make sure you take care of it. The rain washes the top of the sheets and the gutters but do you regularly clean the underside? Grime and salt build up (as per the images below) will cause corrosion if not dealt with when they appear.

We recommend checking your verandah every change of season to ensure that there is no buildup occurring, especially if you live near a marine environment.

The weather God’s have been shining on Trident Tyre Centre Legend Of The Lakes Hillclimb 2022. It was a bit drizzly on the track the last two runs yesterday but the weather Adelaide experienced yesterday went north.

Looking forward to a great day today!

Check out the times for the day. First run he did at 100.26 and was sitting 24th overall. Times are starting to drop in the second run.

Just a friendly reminder to check to make sure your gutters are free of debris. This weather we’ve been having lately is great for the garden (and growing weeds 🤦‍♀️) but no so great for getting work done and the washing dry! Have a great weekend everyone and keep dry!

What a stunning view from this Flat/Pitch/Flat Verandah that we finished this week on the Fleurieu. The flats have V.Dek sheeting while the Gable area is sheeted with PolyPiu CarboPiu. An absolutely awesome way to enhance their outdoor area.

Ever wondered what it costs to put a job into council? This is a fee we received this morning, this carport is forward of the dwelling so it will need to go through public notification but after this there will also be a development fee and then we have a certifier fee on top of it.
