I get asked, “What does FTS mean?”

Fix the System.

This.
Where does your process create barriers for the people you exist to serve?

40+ hours in the home studio, all for one reason: to make practical customer experience learning more accessible to frontline teams.

What takes around four hours to deliver in person has taken many more hours to bring online, but the feedback makes it worth it.

People who complete the course tell me it helps improve customer experience, shift culture, and even changes the way they communicate outside of work.

And yes, there may be a puppy cameo or two along the way. 🐶

The tension before a hard conversation, the tension inside it, the replay afterward wondering what you got wrong: if that’s familiar, it’s a skill gap, not a personal failing. Here’s what closes it, link in the comments.

Most performance conversations go one of two ways, avoidance or judgment, and neither one actually works. Both come from the same place, the leader's scared of the other person's emotion, not the conversation itself. I broke down the third way, link in the comments.

Something I keep seeing in council teams right now.

Staff who genuinely care are sending jobs out to the field that they already know are pointless, because saying no on the phone feels harsh.

It's not bad service. It's a costly way to avoid an awkward conversation.

We all have imaginary "no" scripts running through our day.

"No, I don't have time to go for a walk."
"No, I shouldn't spend that money on myself."
"No, it's probably not worth saying anything."
"No, I'll start when things settle down."

The interesting part is that we rarely notice they're there.

Join me for a free live webinar and I'll show you why so many of us default to no, often without even noticing it. My guess is you'll leave noticing these "no" scripts in places you've never seen before.

Come along, ask questions and decide whether the 6-week Start With Yes – Reconnecting With Yourself experience is the right next step for you.

No pressure. No obligation. Just a conversation.
