When goal tracking is spread across documents, spreadsheets and messages, progress becomes harder to manage.

The challenge was clear: the business needed one consistent way to track goals, milestones and day-to-day actions across the organisation.

Data Sagacity delivered Pebble Tracker, a lightweight Power Apps Canvas App backed by SharePoint Online, creating a single front door for goal delivery.

The solution brought together:

• A clear hierarchy: Goals → Milestones → Pebbles
• Standardised workflow: Draft → In Progress → Achieved
• Role-based access for Admins, Reviewers and Standard users
• SharePoint Online as the system of record
• Soft delete protection to reduce the risk of accidental data loss
• One central place for ownership, due dates and progress tracking

The result is a simpler, more governed and more transparent way to manage business goals end-to-end.

Instead of chasing updates across disconnected tools, the organisation now has a structured workflow that improves visibility, accountability and delivery discipline.

A great example of how Microsoft Power Platform can turn everyday operational challenges into practical, scalable business solutions.

Physical health improves mental well-being, and that shows up in the way people work.

Energy, focus, and engagement don’t just come from motivation. They come from consistent habits.

At Data Sagacity, we try to support that in a practical way. We offer a 50% subsidy for training at LPZ Method, and 25% for any physical activity, capped at $1,000 per year.

It’s simple approach, but it helps create consistency, not just intention.

Because better well-being leads to better engagement, and better engagement leads to better work.

How is your team supporting well-being in practice?

The last step is building just enough automation to make insights reliable and repeatable.
Daily refresh? Great. Real-time where it matters? Even better. We avoid over-engineering and keep things maintainable for your team.
If you’re stuck between “manual” and “overly complex”, we can help find the middle ground.

Step three is where we sketch the experience.
Who is using this? On site? In the office? On mobile?
We design views around real people and decisions, then choose the right tools.
Tech matters, but adoption matters more. If your dashboards aren’t being used, we’re happy to review them with you.

Step two: we map the data you already have.
Most organisations are sitting on enough data; it’s just scattered across tools and spreadsheets. We catalogue it, check its health, and decide what’s worth bringing together. No shiny new platform needed to start.

In our From Chaos to Clarity series, we start with a simple step: pick one question.
Not “fix our data”, but “which jobs are at risk this month?” or “which assets keep failing?”. We then work backwards to the data.
If everything feels messy, choose just one question and we’ll build from there.

In recent training sessions, we’ve noticed a theme: people don’t just want to click buttons; they want to understand why a report is built a certain way.
We now design training around real decisions and scenarios. If you’d like your team to feel confident, not overwhelmed, we’d love to help.

Go-live days are a mix of excitement, nerves and “did we think of that?” moments.
We stand alongside our clients through the last checks, training and first real-world use. Seeing a new dashboard or workflow survive its first week is incredibly satisfying.
Rolling something out soon and need backup?
