Investing in Leaders Today. Building Stronger Teams Tomorrow.

Last week, Alex Jouana had the privilege of facilitating our Leadership Foundations for New & Emerging Leaders Workshop with the incredible team at Communication Language & Culture Network

During the half-day session, we explored some of the key capabilities required to successfully transition from being an individual contributor to becoming a leader. Together, we discussed:
🔹 Viewing leadership as a continuous journey of learning and growth
🔹 Developing self-awareness as a leader
🔹 Strengthening communication skills, including giving and receiving feedback
🔹 Managing difficult conversations with confidence and clarity
🔹 Creating psychological safety within teams
🔹 Understanding the importance of effective delegation and accountability
🔹 Taking intentional action as a leader
