We are thrilled to be continuing and extending our work with in 2026, working with both the menโ€™s and womenโ€™s teams to deliver bespoke culture and leadership development programs.

Our work kicked off last weekend by joining the groups at their annual preโ€‘season camps.

We began with a session with the menโ€™s team, where we:
- Reflected on what we did well in 2025 and the areas we can continue to improve
- Aligned on our ambitions for the 2026 season
- Discussed the behaviours that will be critical for continued success, and whether any adjustments are needed to the groups established trademarks
- Realigned the group on what good leadership looks like and how the leadership group will be selected over the coming weeks

We then ran our first session with the womenโ€™s team, where we:
- Explored what values and trademarks are, and why they matter
- Aligned on the ambitions for the season ahead
- Reflected on the current culture (whatโ€™s working well and what could be strengthened)
- Facilitated an initial discussion on the behaviours that will guide the group to inform the development of their team trademark.

Weโ€™re genuinely excited to be working with such a motivated group of men and women who are committed to creating and sustaining a highโ€‘performing culture where their people and teams thrive.

One of our favourite reads from 2025 explored a simple but powerful idea:

If you canโ€™t explain your strategy on one clear slide, you probably donโ€™t understand it well enough... and neither will anyone else.

Companies that communicate their strategy in a single, well-designed artefact see stronger clarity on what the focus areas are, and how their people align to them.

Why? Because people donโ€™t typically act on strategy unless they truly understand it.
