POV: You just changed the trajectory of your business.

Working harder is not the answer.

Most business owners already know that. What they don’t know is what the answer actually is.

That’s what this room was built for.

Growth School Intensive. Where serious business owners stop guessing and start building with direction.

Next intake → DM ‘RIGHT ROOM’ for details.

The calm before the magic.

Tables set. Chairs lined up. Everything ready and waiting.

In about an hour this room goes from quiet to electric.
That’s the thing about Growth School Intensives, they’ve got this energy that’s hard to explain until you’ve felt it.
The moment people start arriving and realise they’re not the only one carrying the weight of growing a business.
The conversations that start before we even officially kick off.

The laughter.
The “oh my god same” moments.
We set the room up but the people make it.

Today’s crew are in for something good. Big breakthroughs waiting to happen. Problems that are about to get solved. Connections that’ll still matter in ten years.

We do this because we love it.
Full stop.

My business partner and I almost destroyed a $5 million company over a handshake deal. 🤝

We started with big dreams and bigger egos. No shareholders agreement. No exit plan. Just "trust."

Two years later, we weren't speaking.

He wanted to sell. I wanted to grow. He thought I was reckless. I thought he was holding us back.

The lawyers got involved. The business suffered. Our friendship died.

Here's what I learned the expensive way:

Partnerships are like marriages. They start with love and end in divorce court if you don't have the right contracts.

Don't just think about finding a business partner. Think about how it ends.

→ Write a bulletproof shareholders agreement
→ Define roles and responsibilities clearly
→ Plan the exit before you need it
→ Treat it like the legal contract it is

That partnership taught me everything about the importance of proper structure.

Now I tell every client: hope for the best, but contract for the worst.

Your business partnership could be your biggest asset or your worst nightmare.

Which one depends on the paperwork you write today?

Have you protected yourself in your partnerships? 💬

Your ADHD brain works faster than everyone else's.

How do you turn ADHD into your superpower? The key is our brains work faster - whilst you're still thinking about what to do, we've already done it.

Most people with ADHD also have other compulsive, extreme behaviours. When I was younger, I jumped out of aeroplanes and skied down crazy slopes.

But when you're in business and learn to harness those surges, you put focused attention into one thing.

All of a sudden, you can do it not only better, but faster than everybody else. That's where it becomes your superpower. ⚡

Witnessing my son Leonardo’s first steps was a powerful reminder of the journey we all take-stumbling, learning, and the courage to rise each time we fall. These seemingly small milestones carry immense significance, shaping not only our children’s future but our own. In these moments of vulnerability and growth, we discover the true meaning of resilience and the inner strength it takes to keep moving forward, both as parents and as individuals.

My wife destroyed my ego with six words. 💡

I was venting about a client who'd ignored my advice and made what I thought was a terrible decision.

"Maybe you don't get it either," she said.

She was right.

I was so attached to being the expert that I'd stopped being the learner.

That week, I started approaching every engagement differently, not as "the guy with the answers," but as a partner in discovery.

Clients got better results. Because they owned the process.

Your ego wants to prove you're right. Your mission wants to make things right.

Choose wisely.

What's your ego costing you right now?

The growth move most founders never consider.

Most founders I know are obsessed with building from scratch.
David Hori spent 10 years helping VC-funded startups scale and watched three of them exit through acquisition before he added another tool to the kit.
Buying an existing business is one of the most underrated growth moves out there.
Less risk. Faster path. And you skip years of the hard work that comes with starting from zero.
In this conversation we also get into why so many operators get stuck between two and three million, what’s actually causing it, and why more leads is never the answer to that problem.
If you’re sitting in that window right now, this one’s for you.
