Introducing the team behind M1 Traffic Control Shepparton 👷‍♂️🚧

As we continue to grow across the Goulburn Valley, we’re proud to showcase the experienced crews delivering safe, compliant, and efficient traffic management on the ground every day.

Our controllers hold key qualifications including First Aid, CPR, NSW Spotter certifications, and Victorian Traffic Controller accreditations — with all Shepparton team members inducted across our client sites to ensure seamless project integration.

It’s this level of training and hands-on experience that allows us to confidently support civil, construction, infrastructure, and event works throughout the region.

Early start for the team on Sunday the 1st of Feb supporting the Shepparton Triathlon Club for the Hexman Triathlon, part of the Rural Race Series 🥇

While the event commenced at 8:30am, our crew were on site from 5:30am completing set up to ensure the day ran safely and smoothly for athletes and the wider Shepparton community.

From a traffic management perspective, the operation included stop/slow control across three signalised intersections within the Shepparton CBD, along with a contra-flow traffic system across the 3.5km Peter Ross-Edwards Causeway — the key arterial link between Shepparton and Mooroopna — maintaining critical access while delivering a safe and scenic cycling course 🚴

This large-scale setup required:
• 1 x Truck Mounted Attenuator Vehicle (TMA)
• 2 x Traffic Management Freeway Trucks
• 10 x Traffic Management Vehicles
• 4 x VMS Boards
• 19 Skilled Traffic Controllers 🚧

A big shoutout to our team leaders Vicki Spriggs, Ian Smith & Brandon Bunton, along with John Anderson (Ops Manager – for Shepparton) and Tyler Bonat (Director – Goulburn Valley) whose leadership and support helped make the day possible.
