QT Strata Management

Have you spotted something new?

If you’ve driven past our future office lately, you may have noticed a familiar QT Strata sign making an appearance…

And yes, you’re seeing it right!

We’re moving!

But before you pop in to say hello at our new home… there’s one little catch.

We’re not there yet!

Our new office officially becomes QT Strata HQ from 6 October 26.

So for now, you’ll still find us right where we are, working away behind the scenes while we get everything ready for the big move.

There’s lots happening between now and then, and we can’t wait to take you along for the journey.

Consider this your first little sneak peek…

Something exciting is coming.

Stay tuned. We’ll be sharing more of our new home very soon! 🤍🖤

People Before Properties. Relationships Before Transactions.

At QT Strata Management, we know Strata isn't just about buildings.

It's about the people who live in them, the committees who volunteer their time, and the communities they're working to build.

That's why we take the time to understand your Owners Corporation, communicate openly, and build lasting relationships based on trust, accountability and transparency.

Because great strata management isn't measured by how many properties you manage.

It's measured by the relationships you build along the way.

A better strata management experience starts here. Let us, help you.

*Transition costs covered for a limited time.

The big boss celebrated his birthday on Saturday. There were a few big wins for him on his special day but unfortunately, Collingwood wasn't one of them 🤭

Happy Birthday, JQ!

Planning an Easter egg hunt on common property?

We love the idea… your neighbours might not 😉

Here’s a quick guide from your strata managers:

🐰 Driveways and paths stay clear
🥚 Gardens stay intact
🐰 Wrappers get cleaned up
🥚 Car spaces are off limits

Keep your eggs in the basket, not in breach.

Keep it fun. Keep it compliant. Eat the eggs.
